Why are Cuban Cigars Great?

I don’t know and personally, I think they’re a bit overrated. Many aficionados now feel that some of the cigars that come out of Honduras and Nicaragua rival some of the best Cuban cigars. For me, I’m a big fan of a number of smokes that come out of the Dominican Republic.
